MIR IN MY SKY: SOUNDTRACK EP SAMUEL SAINT THOMAS ECLIPSO RECORDS 1997 (USA) ISBN: 7 67173 0101 2 COMMENTS: SAMUEL SAINT THOMAS' freshman EP "Mir in My Sky" was recorded in a drafty one-car garage in the mountains of NJ. This three song EP, including a rare reggae interpretation of the Beatles' "Let it Be," formed the sound track for the feature length documentary, "Mir in My Sky: mystic journey for peace to yugoslavia" on the war in the former Yugoslavia. PERSONNEL: Violinist Tim Carbone (Kings in Disguise, Railroad Earth, Phil Lesh), drummer M.J. Law, guitarist Toby Costa (Solution A.D.), and Len Mooney (Roamin Gabrials), on keys, bass, and guitar. FEATURED TRACKS: MIR IN MY SKY LET IT BE MARY'S GIRL |
